CTC Calculator for India: see your real in-hand salary
Most CTC calculators ignore how Indian packages are actually written. This one handles employer PF, gratuity, insurance value and target variable pay separately, so you can see what is guaranteed and what only arrives if targets are met.

How CTC becomes in-hand salary in India
CTC is the employer's total cost, not your salary. Employer PF, gratuity and the value of medical insurance are counted inside CTC but never reach your bank account each month. Target variable pay depends on performance, and joining bonuses are paid only once.
- Employer PF and gratuity are retirement money — yours, but not spendable monthly.
- Employee PF is deducted from your salary before it reaches you.
- Variable pay is usually paid quarterly or annually, at a payout percentage decided by the company.
- Income tax uses FY 2025-26 slabs, standard deduction and the 87A rebate. Old-regime deductions such as HRA and 80C are handled in the full analyzer.
